Happy Girls
This title was taken from an interview with Satomi Seki when she described to me the time in the 1950 's when she received 25 Japanese girls at the temple in New York to get treatment after surviving the atomic bomb.
She told me that they were happy girls.
This sequence combines the sound of the laughter of Satomi, my sister and I.
The images are just mixed with laughter for the whole sequence.
